HAPPY DRY NIGHTS PROGRAM:
The Happy Dry Nights program requires dedication and commitment from the patient and supporting family members. Whilst the program has a high success rate, it does not work for all children. Results will vary from child to child and Happy Dry Nights does not guarantee the success of becoming dry. The program endeavours to best support the child and family throughout the process with paediatric support. Some paediatric support appointments may incur fees, which will be advised in advance.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF HIRE:
Happy Dry Nights will supply the equipment with instructions on the safe and proper operation of the equipment. The Hiree hereby undertakes all measures to ensure that the equipment is used correctly and takes responsibility to ensure that it is not misused in any way.
RISK AND INSURANCE:
The risk in the bed pad and alarm and all insurance responsibility for theft, damage or otherwise will passed to the Hiree immediately on the equipment being delivered to the Hiree or taken from the Happy Dry Nights premises. The Hiree accepts full responsibility for the care, safekeeping and return in good order of the equipment. The Hiree assumes all risk and liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or to property of the Hiree. The Hiree must either insure the equipment against loss, theft or damage beyond economic repair on a ânew for oldâ basis or alternatively indemnify of $2200 via credit card or bank transfer for damaged, lost equipment beyond repair.
DELIVERY:
Delivery is conducted with an outsourced Courier Delivery service. The Hiree must be home to receive the delivery. Upon completion of the program the Hiree will liaise with the Happy Dry Nights team to arrange return delivery. They will take pictures of the equipment and send them to the Happy Dry Nights team before packing the equipment back in the box. All Happy Dry Nights equipment must be returned in the same condition that it was received. Upon return delivery the Happy Dry Nights team will inspect the condition of the returned equipment and will liaise with the Hiree accordingly for any damages identified.
